altPlus aims to promote the adoption of engineered bamboo as a sustainable and cost-effective material in the construction industry and beyond, as well as biomaterials as an alternative for plastics found in all areas of life. This combines the significant, strategic, sustainable resource of bamboo found in China as well as across the world. As consumers become more conscious of the environmental impact of their purchasing decisions, the demand for sustainable and eco-friendly products will continue to grow. Through our membership in CanCham, we hope to bring our expertise in biomaterials to the table, by sharing our knowledge, best practices, and resources with CanCham members.
