SHANGHAI, February 3rd, 2023 / -- altPlus Technologies has won a position in “Lingang Comprehensive Zone Plot D15-04 in Unit 04PD-0107 Commercial Project” located in Pudong New District, Shanghai City. The project is developed by Shanghai Jinqiao Lingang Investment and Development Co., Ltd. and contracted by Shanghai Construction No. 7 (Group) Co., Ltd.altPlus will be responsible for the detailed design, manufacturing and delivery of the roof structure.
Project Overview
The project is in Plot D15-04, Unit 04PD-0107, Lingang Comprehensive Zone in Pudong New District. The north and west sides are New Jiusitang Park, the east side is Boying Road, and the south side is Tengbo Road. The land is used for commercial development with 4,452 sqm land area. The above GFA is 4,450 sqm, underground GFA is 5,878.54 sqm. The project includes immersive entertainment, catering, retail, and other businesses area, has a linkage with the overall operation of Jiusitang Park, aiming to create a unique and high-quality theme park.
