In the early design support work for this project, altPlus made ample preparations. We discussed and established clear and comprehensive product specifications with our clients, covering all aspects of design and manufacturing. Additionally, everything is synchronized with our production units right to the installation team.

Excelling with altPlus Bamboo
From design to construction and building, it's all about the hard work of every member of altPlus. Challenges and difficulties are almost inevitable as a project moves forward.
Rain recalled that the most significant feature of this project was the variety of product types. There were also different requirements for workmanship and colors, which meant that altPlus needed to put more effort into carefully checking the product information.
For altPlus, this demand will increase the complexity of production management and deployment to avoid overproduction or underproduction. And we need to guarantee the quality of each product, maintain good communication with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and adjust the programme in time.
To further earn the trust of our clients, Jack from the Sales Department led them on a site visit to the production factory, where they gained an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing process of altPlus products. Customers witnessed every step of the process from raw material screening to finished product delivery.
Through this visit, customers had a more intuitive understanding of altPlus' product quality and the company's professional competence, which enhanced their confidence in the co-operation.
Due to the objective reasons related to the COVID-19 pandemic, altPlus could not start work normally for a period of time. We had to maintain communication with our clients and strive for excellence in every aspect, from cost budgeting to personnel allocation, ensuring that altPlus would not lose this opportunity.
Although production activities were restricted, we actively optimized resource allocation to ensure that once normal operations resumed, we could quickly and efficiently return to work.
In addition to some challenges, altPlus also made some breakthroughs in the technical process. Our product microporous acoustic panel not only showed the unique technology of micropores but also met the B1 fire-resistant standard, which greatly improved the safety of the space and gained the favour of customers.
