altPlus Project Brief
A primary design guideline for the innovation center, is to create a sustainable and high-quality space environment that reflects the global brand feature of Estée Lauder . altPlus worked with the lead Design Consultants –Gensler -, the Ownership Group, and Contractors, from the concept stage to installation, to make this concept a reality.
With Gensler’s lead, altPlus developed architectural interior finishing’s including: public space, multipurpose room, VIP dining Room, café and typical restroom.
Engineered Bamboo Solutions
altPlus provided the range of features that could be designed in engineered bamboo, thereby ensuring a story of sustainability, nature, and performance-in-design was consistently displayed throughout the statement project.
